English actor HUGH LAURIE has lashed out at the recent rise of paparazzi video, after repeatedly being filmed while eating.

As more and more photographers swap their cameras for camcorders, celebrities are having to adjust to being filmed while out and about doing normal activities, such as shopping and eating.

While the HOUSE star is grateful for his Hollywood success, he is disgusted that fans and photographers take such delight in turning his dinner into entertainment. He moans, "If I'm on the street or in a restaurant, it's apparently an occasion worthy of being recorded on video."
