House Creator & Writer David Shore to Present
Master Class at Banff World Television Festival

2006-01-17 - Banff, Canada David Shore, the Emmy Award-winning television Writer, Creator and Executive Producer of the highly successful NBC television series House, will present a Master Class on “Creating a Hit TV Series” at the Banff World Television Festival, June 11 – 14, 2006.

One of the industry’s most successful creative executives, David Shore has created and worked on many hit TV series. His latest project won him an Emmy in the Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series category for the episode “Three Stories.” Other writing and producing credits include executive producer of Hack and Family Law, and supervising producer on Law and Order which won him 2 Emmy Award nominations. He also wrote for cult favorite Due South and was head writer and supervising producer on the popular Canadian production Traders which he developed for television.

The Banff World Television Festival takes place June 11 to 14, 2006, at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Canada. This annual event is the world’s premier gathering for television content creators and commissioners.
